How we'd work together

See the details
  1. 1

    We talk

Tell us about your business and we'll send a quote with the price, the timeline and exactly what's included. Once you book, a short intake form shows Kasey the styles you love.

  2. 2

    Kasey designs

She designs around what's best for your business & what you ask for, with her own touch on top, or takes the lead on the look if you'd rather. You'll see the first version about a third of the way through your timeline, then send your changes in rounds and she'll work them in.

  3. 3

    Charlie tests & launches

He tests every link, button and form, connects the domain you own and puts your site live, then hands it over to you or keeps it running on the Care Plan.

You'll only ever talk to the two of us.

Tell us about your business

Send us what you have now & what you're hoping for. We'll reply within 2 business days.

Good to know

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

All kinds! Farms, wineries, restaurants, salons, photographers, contractors, cleaners, realtors, pet care, childcare, bakeries, florists, coffee shops, food trucks, bars, tattoo shops, and more. We can connect most outside tools, like online stores, booking calendars and member logins. What we can't build is anything like online banking, where the website itself has to hold people's money or accounts.

Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?

They cost about $200 to $300 a year for as long as your site's up, and you still make every change yourself. Ours has no monthly bill: once it's live, it stays live on free hosting, and your only ongoing cost is your domain, roughly $12 to $25 a year to renew. Most businesses update a few times a year, so even at $50 a change, you'll usually spend less than you would on Wix without doing the work yourself. It's also built from scratch around your business instead of a template thousands of sites share, so it loads faster and is set up for Google from day one.

What counts as a page?

A separate page with its own address, like Services or About. Small required pages, like your privacy policy & the thank-you page after a form, don't count.

What if I don't need changes after launch?

Then you don't pay us anything else. Your site stays up on its own, hosting is free for most small businesses, and the only bill is your domain, roughly $12 to $25 a year to renew, which you'd pay for any website.

Can I update it myself?

For the things you change often, like your hours, specials, menu or events, we can connect that section to a Google Sheet you own for $150, and you can update it yourself anytime. Everything else comes to us at $50 a change, or up to 3 a month on the Care Plan. There's no builder or plugins behind your site, so you've got nothing to keep updated and much less that can break, and since it's standard code, any web developer can work on it later if you ever need or prefer to.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain's in your name from day one, and once the final payment clears, the site's yours.

What do I need to have ready?

Your words, any photos you have and a domain in your name, which our guide walks you through in about 10 minutes. If you don't have photos, we'll choose stock ones that fit, and if writing isn't your thing, we can write your pages for $150 each.

How will we communicate?

Mostly by email. We'll email you first with your intake form, and if there's a lot to talk through, we'll set up a Zoom call or meet in person if you're local, usually at a coffee shop. Some projects never need more than email, and for anything urgent, you can text us.

How does payment work?

Half to get started & half at launch, plus Kentucky sales tax. Your site goes live once the final payment clears.

Will my site show up on Google?

Every site gets the full Google setup, so nothing on your site is holding you back. Where you rank also depends on your competition & your reviews, and anyone who guarantees the top spot isn't being honest.

Can you redo my current website?

Yes. We can build a new one from scratch and move your content over, or keep the look you like and fix what's broken underneath.
